Can complaints be made anonymously?

Yes, you can make reports anonymously. In this case, the tool will assign you a code to make it easier to follow up on the complaint. Please note that the system will not be able to communicate directly with you, so you must access the tool to know the processing status in which your complaint is located

How are the personal data entered in the System treated?

The tool has implemented technical and organizational measures aimed at ensuring data confidentiality. Your identity and that of the people affected will in any case be reserved. Access to information is also restricted

How is the complaint handled?

The communication must be made through the Channel enabled on the web portal, filling in the form form that you will find when accessing the System.

What communications are not admissible?

Complaints that do not involve any criminal or ethical offense, those that are not duly founded or substantiated, those made in bad faith or that are in legal proceedings or proceedings will not be accepted.

What happens if a false or bad faith fact is reported?

The facts reported through the system must be carried out in good faith and must be based on suspicion or well-founded evidence that suggests the existence of inappropriate, illegal or criminal behavior. If conduct is carried out in bad faith, that is, with the intention of wrongfully defaming or causing harm to another person or entity, disciplinary measures may be deployed against the informant, including the termination of the employment contract or business relationship. What is an Internal Information System (reporting channel)?

It is a tool that allows the reception and processing of complaints in order to detect and investigate possible irregular or inappropriate behavior that may be occurring within the company, through confidential alerts made by workers and other interested parties.

What is the deadline for responding to investigative actions?

The maximum period is three months, except in cases of special complexity, in which case, this may be extended to a maximum of another three additional months.

What types of violations or behaviors can be reported through this type of channel?

Irregular or inappropriate behavior such as: sexual or employment harassment, discriminatory behavior, working conditions, conflicts of interest, money laundering, fraud, favorable treatment, legal or contractual breaches, etc.
